KP-NUHW Bargaining Update, July 6, 2022

Today the union presented an amended comprehensive proposal that revises its April 1, 2022 version. We appreciated receiving the proposal and reviewed the proposed amendments with the union. While there are open items yet to discuss, the union incorporated several agreed-to KP proposals.

We also had a meaningful exchange about Model of Care Collaboration, which encompasses the work of a combined labor-management team to identify and recommend evidence-based best practices and processes.

Our next bargaining session is scheduled for Friday, July 8.  We will continue to keep you informed.
