Update: Local 39 bargaining, Tuesday, Nov. 16

Kaiser Permanente and IUOE Stationary Engineers Local 39 met on Tuesday, Nov. 16 to resume bargaining. The session included productive conversations and another bargaining session is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 17.  Kaiser Permanente is committed to bargaining as long as it takes to reach an agreement that continues to reward our valued engineers and supports health care affordability, and we are confident that remaining issues can be resolved at the bargaining table.
