UNAC/UHCP Bargaining Update, March 7, 2024

To our physician assistants,

Earlier today, Kaiser Permanente’s bargaining team and representatives of the United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals (UNAC/UHCP) met again as scheduled to continue bargaining.

Our teams continued to discuss important topics as part of our efforts to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. Today we reached tentative agreements on courtesy, safety, performance evaluations, and conformity to law. We hope to continue to make progress on reaching tentative agreements.

The next bargaining meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 21, and we will provide another update to you following that session.
