UNAC/UHCP Bargaining Update, March 22, 2024

To our physician assistants,

Yesterday, Kaiser Permanente’s bargaining team and representatives of the United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals (UNAC/UHCP) met again as scheduled to continue bargaining.

During this session, we discussed important topics like non-discrimination, seniority, job classifications, and union representatives. We look forward to our ongoing conversations and working together to reach additional tentative agreements soon.

The next bargaining meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 4, and we will provide another update to you following that session.
