UNAC/UHCP Bargaining Update, Feb. 22, 2024

To our physician assistants,

Kaiser Permanente’s bargaining team met today with representatives of the United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals (UNAC/UHCP) to continue bargaining to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

During this session, we discussed important topics, such as evaluations, grievance and arbitration, probation, and workplace safety. We look forward to our continued conversations and working together to reach some tentative agreements in the near future.

The next bargaining meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 7, and we will provide another update to you following that session.
