The Guild Bargaining Update, July 18, 2024

To our pharmacists,

Kaiser Permanente’s bargaining team met again with representatives of the Guild for Professional Pharmacists yesterday and on Tuesday, July 16. Our meetings continue to be productive sessions as we work together toward reaching a mutually beneficial agreement.

We reached a tentative agreement on On-Call availability requirements. We also continued discussing other non-economic proposals, including conversion language, work schedules, rebidding, arbitration, PTO bidding, and eligibility for ESL.

We look forward to our next meetings, scheduled for Monday, July 22, Tuesday, July 23, and Wednesday, July 24, and to continuing to make progress on reaching additional tentative agreements. We will send you another update following those sessions.
