Local 39 Bargaining Update, Aug. 28, 2023

To our engineers,

Today, Kaiser Permanente’s bargaining team met with IUOE Local 39 representatives again to continue negotiating toward a mutually beneficial agreement. The discussion focused on operational portions of the union’s most recent proposal, received Aug. 11, pertaining to biomedical and stationary engineers.

We remain committed to bargaining in good faith with Local 39 to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. We will continue to keep you posted on developments related to bargaining.
