KP and CNA reach a tentative agreement

We are pleased to announce that Kaiser Permanente and the California Nurses Association (CNA) have reached a tentative agreement for a new 5-year contract for nurses in our Northern California region. The agreement reflects our respect for Kaiser Permanente nurses and the excellent care they provide to our patients and members. It is aligned with our commitment to high quality care, affordability and being the best place to work in health care. CNA will be communicating with its members, and nurses will now vote to ratify the tentative agreement. The voting period may continue for several weeks.
