The Guild Bargaining Update, July 11, 2024

To our pharmacists,

Kaiser Permanente’s bargaining team met again with representatives of the Guild for Professional Pharmacists yesterday and on Tuesday, July 9. Both sessions were productive as we continued to work together toward reaching a mutually beneficial agreement.

We reached several tentative agreements on topics of scheduling, leave of absence, and awarding of vacation and holidays. We also continued discussing other non-economic proposals regarding staffing, hiring processes, and discipline.

We look forward to our next meetings, scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, and Wednesday, July 17, and we hope to continue to make progress on reaching additional tentative agreements.
